    Ian,

I was wondering if you recommend any 2nd tier PPC search engines? I used all the 1st tier such as Google Adwords, MSN/Bing, and Yahoo but looking for 2nd tier PPC that are not scams like so many of them. Let me know.

    Thanks, Jim

    Jim,
Thanks so much for visiting my site and for the comment. You ask a very good question, one which will most likely become the topic of an entire post in the future! In my experience, 2nd tier search engines are a very mixed bag and are very much case by case. The same 2nd tier can work really well in one category but horribly in another. Some of the consistent performers for me have been AdKnowledge and Business.com. There are definitely others out there as well, but you are right in proceeding carefully.
    All the best,
    Ian

    Hi Ian,

I’m John from the Philippines, very PASSIONATE to learn PPC. However, my problem is that most of the SEM companies here in the Philippines prefer to hire PCC expert and have no time for entry level like me. I’m also looking for online job opportunities in Odesk but it seems hiring clients are also looking for experts.

Can you give me an idea how can an entry level in PPC like me can land a job in PPC by the fact that most companies are looking for experts. Thanks in advance Ian :)

    Cheers!

    John
